DROGBA & EBOUE PENALISED FOR HONOURING MANDELA

The Turkish Football Federation has summoned two Ivory Coast internationals, Didier Drogba and Emmanuel Eboue, for paying homage to Nelson Mandela after Galatasarys’s game against Elazigspor on Friday.
Drogba pulled off his shirt to reveal a tribute which said, “Thank you, Madiba” and Arsenal’s Defender Eboue’s vest said “Rest in peace Nelson Mandela”.
The federation said the two players will face disciplinary action for breaching a ban on wearing political slogans and messages on T-shirts.
